Skateurday

my fellow wall warmers haha

colin, the canadian, showing off.

skinniest legs!!!!! YIKES.

Sad, because i fell and had to wear a dirty helmet :(

Happy, because now i'm not going to die! :)

mid-fall

 we all have our talents...

it came as no surprise, as i looked through my photos...
I realized I had photographed this little girl several times.
so much personality, I loved it.

team work.

... i can do that.

these girls skated up to me and asked where i was from
(a very normal occurrence)
and then right after I answered, the girl on the right said:
"i am pretty, my friend is ugly."
to which i said...
"WHAT?!"
so naturally, she responded:
"no, no, no...
my friend is stupid, I am smart."

...apparently an english teacher in korea is failing miserably....

Colin, dancing with all of his friends.
Typical. ;)

I really wish this wasn't so blurry haha
you'd think they never saw a foreigner before...

These friendly kids asked me to take their picture...
without actually using any english words.
then they posed like this...
as though it's a regular occurance to have complete strangers take their photo.

(I didn't mind.)

fun day... 2 blisters and 2 bruised elbows to show for it.
totally worth it.

  2. it's like a rule at the rink... my canadian friend skates better than the rule enforcers, so he got away with no helmet... I on the other hand....
